Driving Instructions:

From either Nanaimo or Victoria take the Number
1 Highway North. The Island Highway changes from Highway 1
to Highway 19 North of Nanaimo.

You will drive for about one and a half hours
from Nanaimo to Campbell River. Follow the signs toward
Port Hardy.

Once you leave Campbell River, you will drive
for about two and a half hours on the beautiful Island
Highway. You may see Deer, Elk, Black Bears, and birds of
every description.

The turn off to Port Alice is about half way
between Port McNeill and Port Hardy.

From the Port Alice turn off you have about 35
minutes to the town of Port Alice. Give us a call and we
